Q: I like the lift package, just one question, do I keep the same shocks that are on my Tacoma or get 5100s?
โ€” Asked by Matt on December 15, 2013
A: If you go with the 884 coils, you would be able to use your stock shocks. If you choose the medium or heavy coil, you will need to replace your shocks. And we recommend the <a href="http://bilsteinlifts.com/shop/03-09-4runner/shocks-2005-and-up-toyota-tacoma-toyota-fj-cruiser-and-2003-and-up-toyota-4runner/" rel="nofollow">OME shocks</a> are used with the OME coil.

Q: I have a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks that I have purchased for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma that I have not installed yet. Will this kit work in conjunction with the 5100's?
โ€” Asked by Chris on March 12, 2014
A: We do not recommend running the OME coils with the Bilstein shocks, some people do it, but we do not recommend it and running the two together will void the OME warranty as well as Bilstein.

Q: Hello, I was wondering, with this kit do I need to install new shocks as well or does just installing the front coils itself lift the truck ?
โ€” Asked by Chris G on February 18, 2014
A: The longer shocks are not needed for the 884 coils and yes, you will get the lift height from the coils.

Q: do i use stock shock on 885 spring or need new shocks??
โ€” Asked by mike heckwine on March 1, 2014
A: You will need the front OME shocks.

Q: Will this list work with the stock 16" wheels on an 05 tacoma
โ€” Asked by Matthew on June 24, 2014
A: Yes, it will.

Q: When will there be more in stock?
โ€” Asked by Nick on December 6, 2014
A: This kit has been replaced with a new <a href="https://bilsteinlifts.com/shop/complete-lift-kits-tacoma-05-and-up/toytec-3-lift-front-coils-rear-options-2005-2015-toyota-tacoma/" rel="nofollow">ToyTec 3" Lift </a>

Q: With this lift will i be able to fit 285/75/16
โ€” Asked by Victor on August 22, 2016
A: This kit is discontinued, but any of the 3" kit we offer should fit that tire

Q: Can i fit 33's on my tacoma with this lift? preferably with minimum trimming?
โ€” Asked by holly crawford on September 1, 2016
A: Here is the info we have: We have not tested every wheel/tire size on these trucks, but 265/75/16 tires are about the largest for the 2005up trucks, on stock wheels. The back spacing, and distance of the tire to suspension components is very close on the front end.Q. What size tires can I run on a 16x8" wheel? With 4" or 4.5" back spacing we have several trucks running 285/75/16 tires, but they may rub on the front depending on wheel width, and back spacing. We do not guarantee any tire/ wheel fitment and recommend you have your tire dealer install and "test fit" any wheel tire combination you are considering
