A UCA's are recommended but not require, the benefit of the UCA's is to  fix the caster when the vehicle is getting aligned and also helps you a  lot with articulation on the front end. Rear shocks will not lift your truck by themselves - some lift kit options as add-a-leafs or longer coils or maybe spacers will be required for a lift. These shocks are only longer then the stock shock - designed for use with the existing lift.
    10. What rear springs do you recommend to use with these? Do they require extending the brake lines/rear diff wiring of an '07 FJ?

A The choice of rear springs will depend on your needs - if you are going to carry much luggage or often haul something heavy. Please keep in mind that replacement longer and stronger springs are not the only way for rear lift you may choose. If you you want to choose the spring way for rear lift, the 2″ lift ToyTec “super flex” rear coil springs can be recommended. They offer 10% increase above stock capacity and spring rate for the best ride and flex. https://suspensionlifts.com/shop/toyota-fj-cruiser/toyota-fj-cruiser-2010-2011-2012-2013/rear-lifts/toytec-superflex-rear-coils-toyota-fj-cruiser-and-03-09-4runner/ For the 2'' lift or less the existing brake lines length is enough in most cases.
    12. Do you use the stock springs in the front with the 6112's? Also should UCA's be replaced?

6112 kit includes front springs and shocks. UCAs are always recommended.
