I threw this lift on my wife's 99 and she loves it. I purchased it with the front set up already assembled and it made it iso easy. It is definitely worth the up charge for that to be done!

So far the ride is much better than stock and it did get rid of the back end sag. The pics below are a before and after pic to give an idea of what it looks like with stock size wheel and tires. The front wheel chamfer will need to be adjusted once the kit is installed.

I would highly recommend this lift to anyone!

I am very happy with the lift, the Toy looks a lot better and it handles extremely well on the road, I haven't been offloading yet but I'm sure it will work well. Before and After pictures posted to show the clearance gained. The pre-assembled front coils are great, they make for a super easy install of the front, no need to get coil compression kits, just swap the old for the new and done, for the front make sure you have a 36" crow bar to extend the arm to allow the new longer shock to go in. The front differential drop kit is very easy to install as well. Getting the back coils to go in is a bit trickier than the front due to the longer coil, using a couple of good jack stands the hydraulic jack and the crowbar was enough to insert the coils. If you are thinking of doing this install yourself, like me, I say go for it!

A It is not recommended to have more then 3'' of lift - can be harmful for the suspension

A Rear shocks are not adjustable - they will not lift your truck by themselves - some lift kit options as longer coils or maybe spacers will be required for a lift. These shocks are only longer then the stock shock - designed for use with the existing lift.

      A

We recommend 32×11.50×15 tires, or a 275/70/16 tire on 8″ wheels with 4.5″ back spacing with this lift.

Your tires may fit, but maybe proper castor and chamber precise adjustment will be required or wheel spacers usage may be recommended for front wheels not to rub in the rough turns.

A Yes 3" lift all around and yes the coils are slightly longer. I installed this kit a couple of weekends ago a long with some bigger wheels and tires, I gained about 5 inches in clearance from the ground. The ride quality is also much better than the old worn out suspension.

A Yes, this kit will go - the rear coils are designed for up to +195LB of extra load.

A We haven't tested this particular lift kit on the 2001 4Runner 4x4 3.0 Turbo Diesel, but if the suspension is equal to a gas engine 4Runner then it'll fit. Please keep in mind, that the lift kit manufacturer doesen't recommend it for 2wd 4cyl. models.

Because the weight of that vehicle is light and this lift kit will give too much lift.
